1 package of mixed beans, about 300 g

1 avocado

1/2 small finely chopped red onion

juice from 1/2 lime

1/2 pressed garlic clove

about 1tbsp chopped parsley

 

salt

olive oil

 

Mix everything with a fork, salt to your liking and drizzle some olive oil for extra creaminess. Cut thick slices of the cucumber and spread the bean mash on top. Enjoy!

 

I like the bean mash mild but for more punch -increase the amount of red onion, lime and garlic.
